MCA21 V3 Portal: Mandatory Migration for All Company Filings

Ministry of Corporate Affairs has mandated full transition to the MCA21 Version 3 portal for all statutory filings including annual returns, financial statements, and director KYC.

The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has mandated full transition to the MCA21 Version 3 portal.


Key Changes:


1. Mandatory Migration: All statutory filings must be done through MCA21 V3 portal.

2. DSC Re-registration: Companies must re-register Digital Signature Certificates on the new portal.

3. Authorized Signatory Updates: Update authorized signatory details on the new portal.

**Effective Date**: June 1, 2026
